That alone can help work out some of the kinks in your back over time. Additionally, mindfulness has been shown to help practitioners cope with all sorts of chronic pains. It also offers long-term practitioners a number of neurological and psychological benefits such as improved memory and reduced stress.

Medical Marijuana

If you live in a state that has legalized medical marijuana treatments, it can be another great tool for alleviating your chronic pain. Studies have shown that it can be a highly effective pain-reliever without having the addictive properties of opioids and other conventional painkillers.
